of the 20 lamps 4 are on during the day and the rest as it is supposed to check the batteries replassed rechargeable light with stiil same
It seems that the sensors are not getting enough light (or perhaps a shadow is cast) that the signals to illuminate the light. In addition, the sensors may have dirt or dust that makes a dark sense of light too. Try cleanig upper panel of soensor, and moving the light of any shadow that may be present. Also, try to exchange with another light that looks OK and see if there is a difference. good luck
