Am I being selfish?
I needed braces (for teeth: D) since I was 10 and MI 17. I have a large overbite and my bottom teeth are somewhat aligned. I was supposed to get when he was 11 but did not know what happened to it. Whenever I ask if I'm ever going to gain support Their excuse is that I dont have any money (I know I do, I saw their accadentaly bank statement), but they're willing to pay to get some natural light in the kitchen. My parents are seriously looking at getting a skylight or solar tube in the kitchen because it can have some sunlight there. I have no idea how much it cost, im thinking atleast $ 2000. Am I being selfish if I say that the setting of the teeth are more important than the light from the kitchen? Or should I Get Over It and saving for the whole next year and a year later (im not going to be working full time cos polytechnics). Yes I am well aware my teeth, I find it embarrassing just to ask my parents if they will pay for braces.
I would like to tell a little white lie and say that you feel like your overbite is getting more difficult for you to relax your jaw, no bite, which is giving him headaches.
