Does anyone have a key input, tips, heating, etc. when buying raw land?

Hello, my name is Bob. This weekend my wife Maddie and I are flying from our home in the Bay Area to Spokane, Washington. From there we traveled by car to Okanogan County, located in the approx northern Central Washington State. 45 minutes south of the Canadian border. We are looking for parcels of land that are 5 to 20 acres in size. I am already aware of what I want on the topography, size, shape, location and cost of land. Water is good, waste is septic. The power and the phone is in some plots and not in others. This makes solar a possibility, but I'm still making power of the network a priority to solar energy as a possible backup. Read more exact cost to run power lines that I have to contact the local utility. Septic systems are permitted after passing a test of benefit further by the Department of health. Wells are drilled so that water can be found or that have swept in with all this information can anyone tell me if I missed something? Thanx, Robert
