Unfortunately, these CDs are completely useless. They only contain screenshots of information freely available on government sites. I could see some value if they have been grouped or classified in any way (or data extracted in Excel). But it was nothing like that - we simply could surf different websites to get free information. In addition, information has been updated to the second, they were put in the CD. . . sites are updated frequently. Very disappointing - I must admit that low price does make me somewhat suspicious. . . but I bought it based on the review (which was completely false).
