If all the "PRISONERS" are doing is recycling, it wouldnt be much different from a select few jails today. Also, restricting people with a credit card-like device as to how much they can buy will do nothing. anyone could just have someone else buy more for them. Also, marijuana should ONLY be used for medical purposes. It is still worse then cigarrettes. Cigarrettes should be banned entireley, as they do still pollute, natural or not. They also spread disease to innocent people, even with "controlled smoking zones", because of the remains of the smoke, and any smoke that escapes the zone will harm innocent non-smokers. If anything, the government would also invest in medical applications to help smokers quit, and only apply the medicine or what ever it be in an official doctors office, to prevent overdose... other then that, it seems like a wonderful government to live under, but i agree with las vegas guy up there. it wont happen.
