When you provide lectures on health and nutrition, I am often asked the question, Â "What vitamin should I take? "This is a surprisingly Question common and reflects how people are confused about nutrition and how to give meaning to information so poorly presented in the media in general. By understanding the principles of nutrition can be better to wait to answer this question for ourselves and help others when they too ask, What I take vitamins? Â "

The short answer is, an "all of them, right amounts.Â"

Vitamin A is a category organic molecule that is required by a living organism for normal health. Vitamins are often referred to as micronutrients "because as a percentage which constitute the smallest portion of food we eat in a healthy diet. Perhaps people found that additional vitamin supplements are necessary and that a high quality multivitamin improves their energy and sense of well being without the need for additional doses of individual vitamins.
