Hi there, Siemens is a strong brand of hearing aid. Rexton is marketed as an "economy / brand value", and is a branch Siemens. I dispense with both brands in recent years, and have found no serious problems with any brand - and some argue that audiologists are the same everything else below. For Siemens music, I would be interested in recommending this product to a customer now. It is one of the older models in its current range. They have brought latest products in the last 6 months. Digital technology has greatly improved recently, and really want the latest models. I think the last Siemens Centra products and Acuris. On paper, her hearing loss is too large to CICS, but has found that such a great sound.
