I see these newspaper articles on real estate auctions. There are the regular county auctions (sheriffs auctions) that real estate companies buy to sell for profit later in his own auction house. Regardless of who hold auctions, is the winning bid real the total cost of buying a house in the auction? Can you buy an auction house to say a few thousand dollars? I can google the process of purchasing real estate. Where can I learn about the home buying process?
It is very difficult to get a house at auction for very low prices on. I've been in a few and won the bid in a couple of them. BUT ... where I am, there is a 10 calendar days supply discomfort where anyone can still outbid, but they have that is up to 3%. Or the owner still has that time to pay the lender back. That's normal if foreclosure. The sheriff's auction indicates that there is no Leins other mortgages on the property. I talked to the sheriff about this before of and simply not going to say. You must make your own title search before bidding on this. So the winning bid could be the total cost of ownership if it is beyond the barriers. And it's hard to find any good information online that are not billed for. Or they're making it look soooo easy but it is not. That's just to sell.
