		<description>Smart Solar Key-hole light, there is still no light on the keyhole, solar or otherwise. The item sent was defective could not be installed in accordance with the guidelines that have been provided. Since the element has been provided by ContractorsTools I followed the instructions given by the Amazon. Com website and emailed Amazon. com. They forwarded my request to ContractorsTools. I asked a RGA and a refund of my credit card. An immediate response by email was sent to me from Amazon. com let me know my message had been forwarded to ContractorsTools and advise me that the seller&#039;s response will be sent directly to me via e-mail. When I have not received an email response from ContractorsTools in the following days, I searched on their website and found a number of customer service phone. I called and gave them all information they have requested. After being asked to wait, what I did, the person who took my call came and told me I would be reminded. I waited a week and when I had not yet received the promised return call I called again ContractorsTools. Again, I gave them all information they requested. Again, I was asked to wait, I did. The person I talked to came back and told me the person I initially spoke with was out to lunch and I had not talked with her the first time I called, she had all information and you remember when she returned from lunch. At the end of the workday I had not been recalled. I am very disappointed with the quality of the article I was sold and the customer service I received.
